Bundle Highlights
Control Heat With Your Foot
Adjust TIG amperage during the weld while keeping both hands positioned for torch and filler-metal control.
Keep Torch Parts Within Reach
The 49-piece parts kit keeps compatible torch components available for routine TIG maintenance and setup changes.
Handle TIG And Stick Jobs
Use HF DC TIG for suitable steel fabrication or switch to Stick mode for repair work with compatible coated electrodes.
Simplify Your TIG Setup
Get a foot pedal and compatible torch parts together, reducing separate accessory purchases.
Extra Accessories Included In This Kit
Everything below is included in addition to the standard accessories supplied with the TIG200 welder.
Adjust Heat While Welding
Adjust TIG amperage by foot while keeping both hands positioned for steady torch and filler-metal control at the joint.
Keep Replacement Parts Nearby
Keep compatible TIG torch wear parts available for routine maintenance and setup changes, helping reduce interruptions when components need attention.
Maximum Output By Input Voltage
Best-Fit Applications
- Steel And Stainless Steel TIG Work: Bench fabrication where HF arc starting and foot-operated amperage adjustment support weld control.
- Thin Or Heat-Sensitive Joints: Work where reducing current as the material warms can help manage heat input.
- Repeated TIG Setup Changes: Projects that benefit from compatible WP-17 torch parts being kept nearby.
- General Stick Repairs: Suitable outdoor or repair jobs using compatible coated electrodes; the TIG pedal is not used in Stick mode.
How To Use The Kit
- Identify the base metal and select a suitable welding process, tungsten electrode and filler metal or Stick electrode.
- For TIG welding, connect the supplied WP-17 torch, work clamp and gas hose according to the TIG200 manual.
- With input power disconnected, connect the compatible foot pedal and verify that the selected TIG setup supports remote amperage control.
- Install only torch parts that match the WP-17 torch and selected tungsten diameter.
- Connect the welder to a compatible 110V or 220V circuit, set the required parameters and test the setup on matching scrap.
- Use pedal travel to adjust TIG current while maintaining torch angle and filler-metal control. For Stick welding, use the electrode holder and compatible coated electrodes without the TIG pedal.
Additional Equipment And PPE Required
For TIG welding: A filled 100% argon cylinder, compatible regulator or flowmeter, suitable filler metal when required, and a compatible electrical circuit are needed. The supplied gas hose does not replace the cylinder or regulator.
For Stick welding: Compatible coated electrodes are required. The TIG foot pedal is not used for Stick welding.
Safety: Use a properly rated welding helmet, welding gloves, flame-resistant protective clothing and all other task-appropriate PPE. Follow the operator’s manual and applicable workplace safety requirements.
