Use up to 250A for stick welding repairs, fabrication, and maintenance.
Gloves, an apron, and a helmet add practical protection to your stick welding setup.
Bring the ARC250 to workshops and dry jobsites with suitable 230V single-phase power.
The ARC250 supports E6010, E6011, E6013, and E7018 stick electrodes.
Everything below is included in addition to the standard accessories supplied with the welder.
Welding gloves help protect hands from heat, sparks, and routine contact hazards while handling stick welding tasks.
The welding apron helps shield the front of your body from sparks, spatter, and heat during stick welding.
The welding helmet helps protect your face and eyes from welding arc light, sparks, and spatter during welding.
Select and adjust PPE for the welding task. Use appropriate protective clothing and follow the equipment instructions.

Duty cycle depends on the manufacturer’s rated test conditions. Follow the rating label and manual for operating limits, cooling, and power supply requirements.
The LED display keeps settings visible. SYN mode helps match current to electrode size, while adjustable Hot Start and Arc Force help tune arc starting and welding behavior.
The 11.5 lb ARC250 has a carry handle and supplied shoulder strap for moving between work areas with suitable power.
The ARC250 supports Lift TIG, but this kit focuses on stick welding and added PPE. A compatible TIG torch, argon supply, regulator/flowmeter, tungsten, and suitable filler when required must be sourced separately.
The additional items in this MMA PPE Kit are the gloves, apron, and helmet. Extra E6011 and E7018 electrode packs and an additional chipping hammer are not listed for this kit.
The ARC250 requires 230V single-phase power. Check the manual for circuit capacity, plug, and connection requirements before installation.
Stick welding uses flux-coated electrodes and does not require an external shielding gas supply. Choose suitable electrodes and follow their storage and operating instructions.
